Spinach Pie

- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 c. Ricotta
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 lb. sliced Muenster cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Mix drained spinach with Ricotta, onion, salt and pepper and egg.

3Line pie plate with 1/2 cheese. Pour spinach mixture into pie plate.

4Cover with remaining cheese. Place in oven at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6Let set 10 to 15 minutes, then slice like pie.
