Spinach Pie

Directions

   Cook and drain spinach.

   Mix drained spinach with Ricotta, onion, salt and pepper and egg.

   Line pie plate with 1/2 cheese. Pour spinach mixture into pie plate.

   Cover with remaining cheese. Place in oven at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

   Remove from oven.

   Let set 10 to 15 minutes, then slice like pie.
