- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. crushed marjoram
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms
- 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Soften cream cheese at room temperature.

2Thaw spinach. Squeeze dry.

3Beat cream cheese and half and half gradually.

4Stir in Parmesan cheese, eggs, spinach, wheat germ and spices.

5Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and add to mixture.

6Pour into shell and bake at 375° to 400° for 35 to 45 minutes.

7Can be kept refrigerated for 24 hours until ready to bake.
