  • 2 9 inch pie crusts
  • 2 10 oz. pkg. frozen Spinach, chopped
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/2 lb. diced pepperoni
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. of Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • diced black olives
  • dash of garlic powder

Directions

    Cook chopped spinach and large diced onion together and drain. Add Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 pound of diced pepperoni, diced black olives, 1 Tbsp. oil and dash of garlic powder.

    Put mixture in pie shell.

    Top with 2nd crust and seal.

    Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
