- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained or fresh chopped spinach
- 2 c. cottage cheese, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan and eggs until well blended.

2Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.

3Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.

4Let sit a little after coming out of oven to meld juices.

5Makes about 6 servings.
