  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
