- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 pt. light cream
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) frozen pie shell
- 6 slices bacon
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package; drain with strainer and spoon and press out all water.

2Mix eggs, cream and seasonings. Stir in spinach.

3Pour into frozen pie shell.

4Place in preheated 350° oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Cook bacon, drain on paper towel, roll and place on top of quiche before serving.
