  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 12 oz. grated cheese (Swiss, Gruyere, etc.)
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Blend eggs and cream until foamy.

    Combine with all other ingredients and pour into prebaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    A knife should come out clean when testing.
