  • 1 pie shell
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (canned)
  • 1 can Hormel ham or turkey (processed)
  • 1 frozen box spinach

Directions

    Mix eggs, flour and half and half.

    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of unbaked pie shell.

    Layer with spinach, ham and mushrooms.

    Pour mixture into pie shell and top with shredded cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
