  • 1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffl
  • 4 to 5 oz. Gruyere cheese (any kind of cheese; I use Swiss and Cheddar)
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 pie crust
  • sliced mushrooms and onions (optional)

Directions

    Thaw spinach souffl mix with eggs. Mix in grated cheese, sausage, mushrooms, etc. Mix well and pour into frozen pie crust. Bake at 350° to 375° (depending on your oven) for 35 to 45 minutes or longer. Bake until top is browned.
