  • 1 pkg. Stouffer spinach souffle, defrosted
  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sausage
  • 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    In medium size bowl, combine spinach, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, sausage and grated cheese.

    Pour mixture in pie shell. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.
