- 2 pkg. chopped spinach, drained and uncooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 c. cooked rice (rice should be a little undercooked)
- 1 pkg. Welsh rarebit (Stouffer's frozen) or a cheese sauce
- butter
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine spinach, onion, cooked rice and rarebit.

2Place in shallow baking dish.

3Dot generously with butter.

4Cover with grated Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
