  • 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can ready to serve chicken broth
  • 1 (9.5 oz.) Birds Eye creamed spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 c. original Minute rice
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Bring broth and spinach to a full boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice.

    Cover and remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg.

    Makes 3 servings.
