- 1 qt. chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand light Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place spinach and onion in small saucepan. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until tender.

3Beat cheeses and seasonings in a small bowl at medium speed with mixer until well blended.

4Stir in spinach mixture. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining ingredients.

5Serve with rye crackers or bagel chips. Makes 12 servings.
