Ingredients

  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. washed, torn spinach or lettuce
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, chopped and drained

Directions

    Combine everything except spinach, eggs and bacon in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake well.

    Place spinach, bacon and chopped eggs in bowl and pour in enough dressing to moisten.
