- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium size purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- Tangy Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions

1Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear leaves into bite size pieces.

2Combine spinach, oranges and onion rings; toss with Tangy Orange Vinaigrette Dressing.
