Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. spinach (fresh)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 sliced purple onion
  • 3 to 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. petits pois peas by Hanover
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 stalk celery (thin slices)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • paprika
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

    In a glass bowl, place bite size pieces of spinach in a layer to line whole bowl.

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over spinach.

    Put on another layer of spinach.

    Layer thinly sliced purple onion rings on, then layer sliced eggs.

    Place a generous layer of peas. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon and celery slices.
