- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 chopped onion, fine
- 1 c. chopped celery, fine
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen
Directions

1Thaw spinach.

2Have cream cheese at room temperature.

3Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and mayonnaise together thoroughly. Mix jello and hot water.

4Add vinegar.

5Add vegetables and cheese mixture; mix well.

6Pour into greased mold.

7Will jell quickly once in mold.
