Spinach Salad(Serves 8)

Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. fresh spinach, washed and stems removed, dry well with paper towel
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 2 cans drained water chestnuts, sliced
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 c. croutons (I make my own)
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar (I like salad vinegar)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. minced onion (dry is okay, but use 1/2 tsp.)
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients; chill well.

2Make dressing with remaining ingredients (except croutons); shake well to blend. Pour over greens, a little at a time and toss (it doesn't take all of the dressing for 1 salad).

3Add croutons just before serving. Serves 8.
