  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (6 oz.) can ham or chicken
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust

Directions
