- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Defrost creamed spinach by boiling 6 minutes.

3Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar.

4Fold carefully into spinach and bake in a 1-quart souffle dish in a moderate oven (350°) until mixture is well puffed, about 30 minutes.
