  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 6 oz. white sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onions
  • 1 tsp. chicken stock
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Combine white sauce, sour cream, onions, chicken stock and salt.

    Blend in spinach.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes if doubling.
