  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook spinach until thawed. Drain and cool. Melt butter. Stir in flour, milk, cheese (which has been cubed), spinach, salt, pepper and cottage cheese. Beat eggs until fluffy. Fold into mixture. Put into baking dish. Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
