- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. grated Brick cheese
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach to directions on box and squeeze out water.

2Beat eggs.

3Melt butter; stir in flour to make a smooth paste.

4Add beaten eggs.

5Mix well.

6Stir in spinach.

7Fold in cheeses, salt and pepper.

8Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

9Pour in mixture.

10Bake 30 minutes until bubbly in 350° oven for glass pan and 375° for metal pan.
