- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Thaw spinach. Make a white sauce. Melt butter. Blend in flour to make a smooth paste. Then stir in milk gradually, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth. Add well-beaten eggs, spinach, sugar, salt and pepper. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serves 8.
