  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 sm. carton cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. grated cheddar

    Thaw and drain spinach, melt butter. Beat eggs with mixer, add flour and then rest of ingredients. Bake in 8 inch square casserole sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
