Spinach Spaghetti

  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, 1/2 grated and 1/2 cubed
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cube butter or margarine

    Mix sour cream and

    spinach

    together, then mix in with cooked spaghetti. Mix in remaining ingredients, except grated Jack cheese.

    Put in 13 x 9-inch glass pan. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
