  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
