  • 1 cheese
  • 1 spinach
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tomatoes

Directions

    In a frying pan place spinach, crushed garlic, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

    Cook on med-low until spinach is soft.

    In between slice tomatoes and place on cooking sheet.

    After spinach is cooked, grab a tablespoon of mixture and add it to each slice of tomato.

    Add grated cheese and place in oven on broil ( otherwise tomatoes will become soggy) and remove once cheese is melted or slightly golden.
