• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
• 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
• 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
