  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. salt-free vegetable seasoning

Directions

    Saute garlic and shallot in broth in nonstick skillet until soft.

    Add corn; cover and steam for 3 minutes.

    Add drained spinach, herb blend and vegetable seasoning.
