- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 grated lemon rind
- few drops vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs with sugar in double boiler until warm.

2Add vanilla and lemon rind.

3Place in mixer and beat until light and silky. Gently fold in the combined flour and cornstarch.

4Place in 7-inch cake pan which has been buttered and dusted with flour.

5Bake at 350° to 375° until springy to touch.
