- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- Cool Whip
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix eggs and sugar.

2In separate bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.

3Add dry to wet mixture.

4Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on well-greased cookie sheets.

5Bake at 350° for 4 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Cool on sheets for a few minutes before removing.

7Cool another 5 minutes until crispy. Spread Cool Whip between 2 cookies.

8Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.

9Refrigerate in covered container.
