- 1 can drained whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix well and pour into a well-greased baking dish.

2To double recipe, use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 325° if using a glass dish or 350° for other kind of dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

4I prefer to use fresh corn.

5Add a little milk, salt and pepper.

6Cook for a few minutes and cool. Serves 6.
