  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Melt butter in 8-inch baking pan.

    In a saucepan, combine cornmeal, salt and water.

    Stir and bring to a boil over high heat.

    Remove from heat and beat in milk and eggs.

    Pour into pan. Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
