- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a bowl, stir all ingredients except the last two.

2Pour half the batter into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.

4Pour remaining batter over all.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or just until set.

6Serve warm with a spoon.
