- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour (self-rising)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in two cups warm water.

2Melt butter and sugar together.

3Add beaten egg.

4Pour this mixture into water and yeast.

5Mix in flour.

6Drop by spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.

7These rolls do not have to rise because the key is the self-rising flour.
