- 1 package yeast
- 2 cups very warm water
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 cups self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in warm water.

2Melt margarine; cream with sugar in a large bowl, add egg.

3Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture. Then add flour and stir until well mixed.

4Place in tightly covered bowl and keep in refrigerator.

5To cook, drop by spoon into well-greased 2-1/2 inch muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until browned.
