- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Melt margarine and cool to lukewarm.

2Sprinkle yeast over water and stir until dissolved.

3Add butter, eggs and sugar to yeast mixture.

4Add flour and beat until smooth.

5Dough will be the consistency of waffle batter.

6Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and bake at 375°

7for 10 minutes.
