- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.

2Combine yeast mixture with butter and flour in bowl; mix well.

3Stir in egg and sugar.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Spoon butter into greased muffin pans; fill 2/3 full.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
