- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine yeast, sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour in large mixing bowl.

2Stir

3to mix.

4Add milk, water, butter and egg. Beat until well blended.

5Add remaining flour to make stiff batter.

6Spoon into greased muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.

7Cover.

8Allow to rise about 30 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
