  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix water and yeast. Mix flour, sugar, butter and egg. Combine all ingredients. Put in airtight bowl; place in refrigerator. Dough is best if mixed at night and allowed to stand in refrigerator. Grease muffin tins and spoon out as many as needed. Bake at 350° until brown. Return remaining dough to refrigerator and use as needed. Will keep up to 6 days.
