- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix sugar, yeast and water in large bowl, stirring until dissolved.

2Blend in flour and let stand 10 minutes.

3Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Remaining dough will keep 1 week in refrigerator, if covered tightly.
