- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2In large bowl, combine sugar and oil.

3Beat in yeast mixture and flour.

4Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.

5Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

6Makes 2 dozen. Dough keeps in refrigerator for four weeks.
