  • 1/4 Spring cabbage
  • 1/4 Red onion (small)
  • 2 slice Ham
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 Black pepper

    Julienne the cabbage and ham.

    Thinly slice the onion and sprinkle with salt.

    Soak it in water then squeeze out the moisture.

    Put the cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle on a bit of salt (not listed).
