  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 24 full size marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese or cottage cheese

Directions

    Pour boiling water over gelatin.

    Add marshmallows; stir until melted.

    Mash cream cheese with vinegar until smooth.

    Add pineapple with juice and blend thoroughly.
