Spring Macaroni Salad

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender.

    Drain.

    Cool quickly and rinse and drain thoroughly.

    Combine macaroni with sour cream, green onion and salt.

    Toss lightly.

    Chill in refrigerator and serve cold.

    Or, if desired, heat in saucepan and serve hot.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
