  • 1 c. ground pork
  • 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 c. crab meat, boiled
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. jelly noodles (a kind of transparent vermicelli made of mung bean)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 6 dried black mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten, fried and chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.

    Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

    Put in ground pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms and jelly noodles.

    Fry for 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce, nampla, salt and pepper
