- 6 to 7 medium potatoes
- 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Crumble cornflakes and saute in melted butter.

2Boil potatoes in skin.

3Cool and slice thin in small pieces.

4Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup.

5Blend in sour cream, cheese and onion.

6Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350° covered.

7Sprinkle cornflakes on top and bake 15 more minutes.
