- 2 c. cooked squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine squash, melted butter or margarine, seasoning and beaten eggs.

2Alternate layers of squash, bread crumbs and cheese in 1-quart casserole.

3Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
