  • 2 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, peeled and wedged
  • 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine vegetables and basil in 1 3/4 quart casserole sprayed with vegetable cooking spray; toss lightly.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
